      Static-Safe AUTO-VAC Micro- Tipped Desoldering Tool with PH358 Power Head and PH247 Holder Requires External Vacuum Source. This can be either an in-house vacuum system or air driven venturi-type vacuum source. Based on the same principal as all AUTO-VAC's the DS517 is a static-safe vacuum desoldering tool that has a slim aluminum anodized barrel designed for smaller hands and for desoldering applications that do not require heavy duty use.

      • Features a self-cleaning automatic vacuum desoldering system that runs on continuou suction when trigger is pressed(requires external vacuum source - see VP171 or VS171A for options
      • Convenient Auto-Vac trigger on hand piece for quick action precise vacuum control
      • Ideal for heavy duty work, large wiring, terminals, IC's and connectors
      • Handle pulls off easily for easy cleaning and maintenance
